Is the website really free?
Yes, when you start a plan. The $10,000 build fee is waived in full when you complete the 12-month plan. If you leave early, the unwaived balance is prorated by the months remaining.
How can a site be designed in a day?
Because the platform is pre-styled. We are not building a theme from scratch; we are setting your brand on a system that already knows how a local business site should be laid out. That leaves a day for the decisions that matter: your look, your services and your towns.
Will I lose my Google rankings when we switch?
That is what the migration step is for. Every old URL is decided and redirected before launch, and we take a ranking baseline first so the change is measured rather than guessed.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your content, photos, domain and Google accounts are yours, and so is the site. If you ever leave, we give you a full HTML export of it and a short guide to putting it live on a host like Netlify or Vercel. What stays behind is the platform underneath, which is what moves the SEO every day.
Can I get the website without the SEO, or pay for it separately?
No. The website and the daily on-page SEO are one plan at $497 a month, and the free $10,000 build is what you get for starting it. That is also why the site keeps improving instead of sitting still after launch.
Can I make changes myself?
You can ask for any edit and it is done the same business day at no charge. Most owners find that faster than logging in to do it themselves.
